Using the service
The Next Thing is provided as a personal productivity tool. By creating an account you agree to use it for its intended purpose and not to attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password from the sign-in screen.
Your content
You own the tasks and focus areas you create. We store them so the app can show them back to you. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Acceptable use
Don't use The Next Thing to store, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
